Yes! Rossware has comprehensive inventory management. In our MasterPartsPlan interface, you setup your inventory locations (typically each technician’s truck is a location, for example) and indicate what you want to maintain as minimum stock, for each applicable part number, in each location. When periodically wanting to replenish stock, ServiceDesk shows you precisely what needs to be ordered, whether across-the-board or location specific. You simply indicate quantity you wish to order, and ServiceDesk creates the order for you.
Rossware is a Windows based desktop application that depends on the Windows file structure to operate. This has many advantages such as speed, your ownership of your own data, and security. Though it's not a cloud app by default, you can use it as a cloud app with a simple Windows server so you can access your software from anywhere in the world!
